Dear Wrestlers and Parents,

This year we will be using a program to video matches and keep some statistics. The program is called Mat Boss.

One of the great features of Mat Boss is the ability for wrestlers to go online and watch video footage of their matches. This program is new to the coaches as well and we continue to use, learn, and expand our knowledge. One of the features we are still in the process of learning, and will eventually use, is to make notes of specific matches and share with that wrestler (we are NOT to that level yet).

Note to parents – you are able to view the recorded matches under your wrestlers account. PLEASE allow the coaches to critique and teach what we see. Your job is to love, support, and hug your wrestler! If critiques are coming from both sides, there is NO SAFE PLACE for your wrestler AND they may also get confused with conflicting messages.

As of today, 12/10/18, the only matches available to view are from the Jr High Saucon Valley Duals that happened this past weekend. PLEASE EXCUSE SOME LATE STARTS, MISSES, AND ERRORS – we are learning and practicing.

We will continue to use throughout the year as much as we can.

To use/view as a wrestler:

1. The wrestler will go to http://users.matbossapp.com and click on “Create a Wrestler Account” (near the bottom).
2. Enter First and Last name as it appears in the Team Roster (listed below).
3. Enter the Email address you normally use.
4. Create a Username and Password.
5. Enter the Team Code – PJE6KC
6. Wrestlers can access their account on any computer, smartphone or Chromebook using either Google Chrome or FireFox as the browser. Also, by using the MatBoss Viewer App (make sure it’s the VIEWER app) on iPhones and iPads (available free in the App store).
7. Once signed-in they will be able to view all archived matches.
